It is our policy, out of respect for other local dance studios, and our own, that student enrolment will not be accepted if attending another studio. We ask that students remain loyal to the studio that they choose, and not attempt to divide their loyalties between two.
There will be occasions during the year when we will invite parents to view our progress. To keep the students from distractions, we ask that parents/guardians etc remain outside of the studio during classes. All students will require a water bottle for every lesson.
Fees:
Fees are invoiced at the start of each term and are payable 30 days from invoice date. Unpaid fees will result in the student being excluded until fees are paid. Missed lessons are payable. Students ceasing classes mid term will be charged the full amount for the term. Refund for lessons missed will only be issued with a doctor's certificate, if 3 or more consecutive weeks are missed. Receipts will be issued as soon as possible. Payments can be only made via direct deposit (information is on bottom of accounts). Direct Deposit payments - please use the student's name as reference.
Attire/Presentation:
Students are required to wear the correct attire and be well groomed for each lesson.
Students who do not wear the correct attire continually may be asked to observe the class (unless the parent/guardian discusses any difficulties with Acrobatica). Modesty must always be maintained.
Footwear must be worn outside the studio.
Dance shoes are not suitable for outdoor wear.
*Tinies Dance - will require tap shoes & ballet shoes. *Itty Bitties & Little Bats - do not require shoes.
Strictly NO street clothes to be worn for any class (except Hip Hop).
Strictly NO school uniforms are to be worn for any class.
Hair must be in a bun for ballet.
Ballet tights to be worn for Junior, Intermediate & Senior Classes.
No jewellery (watches, rings, anklets, necklaces, dangling earrings, etc) for class. Studs/Sleepers are acceptable.
