It is our policy, out of respect for other local dance studios, and our own, that student enrolment will not be accepted if attending another studio. We ask that students remain loyal to the studio that they choose, and not attempt to divide their loyalties between two.
There will be occasions during the year when we will invite parents to view our progress. To keep the students from distractions, we ask that parents/guardians etc remain outside of the studio during classes. All students will require a water bottle for every lesson.
Fees are invoiced at the start of each term and are payable 30 days from invoice date. Unpaid fees will result in the student being excluded until fees are paid. Missed lessons are payable. Students ceasing classes mid term will be charged the full amount for the term. Refund for lessons missed will only be issued with a doctor's certificate, if 3 or more consecutive weeks are missed. Receipts will be issued at next lesson. Payments can be made via direct deposit (information is on bottom of accounts), cash or cheque (payable to "Acrobatica") Cash payments to be placed in labelled envelope. Direct Deposit payments - please use the student's name as reference.
